After wow’ing audiences in Bathurst, Jazz! is headed for Adelaide as part of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest Art Festival. Jazz will be performing Friday 24th, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th February.

about the show
Jazz! is an all new cabaret experience designed to entertain and warm the hearts and souls of all those in attendance. This show has been collaboratively developed by the performers of “Let’s Misbehave” who were inspired by the original work of Wilkins & Co. Productions. This show is an exciting immersive experience that unites and unifies all that is jazz! A must see if you like live music, fire fun, high kicks, and of course plenty of singing and dancing!

Brody Shepherd – Jazz!
Brodie Shepherd has over 10 years’ experience in the performing arts & teaching industry. He grew up training in all the dance styles his local studio had to offer including Acrobatics, Tap, Jazz & ballet.
Professional works include “UnTapped” with Raw dance company, Acrobat for NRL, Beats Per Minute & many more corporate events throughout Brisbane, Melbourne & Newcastle. Brodie has Completed ED5’s Diploma of performing arts and has continued living and working Professionally throughout Sydney and is currently performing on Sydney Showboats!
Indiana Coady – Jazz!
Growing up in a family of dancers, Indi began her dance journey at age 3. Training in all styles at her mother’s dance school ‘CDC Studios’, her love, and passion for performing grew. She went on to complete full-time dance training in 2020, obtaining a Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance) Focussing on Performing Arts. Since graduating, Indi has performed in various corporate events and cabaret shows. Indi is so excited to be joining the cast of Sydney Showboats in 2021 and can’t wait for what the future holds.
Alongside her performing career, Indi is a dedicated dance and acrobatics teacher and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education.
Lauren Wilkins – Jazz!
Lauren is a performer and creative in mainly theatre spaces. Originally from Bathurst, NSW, she grew up dancing at local dance studio Dolly McKinnon School of Dance and JLD Dance Studio. Lauren went on to train professionally at one of Australia’s leading musical theatre collages, ed5international.
After graduating Lauren has continued working in the professional sector in Australia and internationally.
Her credits include, Sydney Showboats, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Ministry of Dance, Australia’s Got Talent and ABCs recent television drama, “Wakefield”. Lauren currently works as the Entertainment Coordinator and show Captain for Sydney Showboats and is the owner of Wilkins & Co. Productions where she continues to create and produce.
Manu Sarswat – Jazz!
Manu was brought up in India for the early part of his life, and was exposed to the culture of dance and arts from a very young age. At the age of 12, Manu moved to Australia with his family and settled in Dubbo where he started taking classes more regularly. Manu quickly adapted and fell in love with the lifestyle of the Central West region. Manu danced in local Dubbo eisteddfods as well as surrounding towns such as Bathurst and Orange. He decided to pursue dancing full-time in Sydney at ed5international where he obtained an advanced diploma in the performing arts.
Manu’s major credits include the Mardi Gras Parade, The Voice Grand Final on Channel Nine, and the Woolworths Carols in the Domain on Channel 7. He also had the privilege of performing at corporate events such as the Google Summer Party, Arnotts Gala Ball, Save Our Sons Charity Gala, Mitchell Old Theatre Company’s “Heathers – The Musical” and Wilkins & Co’s original work – “Let’s Misbehave”.
Manu is a truely passionate performer and is overjoyed to revisit his roots and share his passion here at home in the Central West as he joins the cast of “Jazz!”.
Molly Little – Jazz!
Molly started dance at the age of three in Bathurst and continued training at a local school until the age of 18 when she moved to Sydney to study ballet full time. In that year she qualified and competed in the Royal Academy of Dance International Geneè Ballet competition.
Molly’ first professional contract was the following year, in 2017, when she performed in a resort in Greece for six months. She then went on to work and travel with a circus in Italy, where she learnt fire skills, and then two contracts with Costa Cruises where she traveled Europe and South Asia before returning home to Bathurst in 2020 due to Covid-19. Molly is extremely excited to be performing again, especially in her home town of Bathurst!
Shikye Smith – Jazz!
Shikye began performing at the age of 3, training in various styles of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical & hip hop. At age 5 she entered her first singing competition and has been on the stage ever since.
At just 19 years of age Shikye relocated to Paris, France where she worked as a dancer at the Moulin Rouge. Upon her return she became a member of the corporate vocal group “The Diamonds” and lead vocalist and host on Sydney Showboats.
Other credits include The Voice Australia, The High Rollers Big Band, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity X Cruises and Adelaide & Sydney Fringe Festivals.
Shikye continues to performer here in Bathurst at BMEC’s Season Launch events with “The Diamonds” and was also a cast member for Wilkins & Co. Productions recent work “Let’s Misbehave”. We are incredibly excited to have Shikye join the cast as our lead female vocalist and MC for Jazz!
